    Oh boy, do I love this.
    I have really thick black hair and this is the best product that I’ve tried that gives the “matte” look as if I have no product in my hair. Seriously love it!

After the first 7 days, used BOLD branded products can be returned within 30 days if you are dissatisfied. Other brands must be unused, unless they arrived defective or you discovered a defect after use.

Who pays for return shipping?

BOLD provides the prepaid label for 7-day returns and covers return shipping for eligible used BOLD products when you are dissatisfied with the results.

After the first 7 days, you pay return shipping if you simply change your mind and the item is unused, or if the reason is a carrier delay or another issue outside our control. Contact support to confirm the details for your return.
