Our returns process is easy & effortless!

We believe in our products so much that we are offering our customers two options for easy returns, a 7-day no-questions asked, and a 30-day hassle-free return process.

Should you feel like BOLD is not for you contact us within 30 days and let us know that you would like to return an item.

If your request is within the allowed return time limit you will receive a confirmation email with a return label within 48hrs. Place the return label supplied to you on the package and mail the item back.

7-Day No Questions Asked Returns:

In case you are not satisfied with the order for any reason, within 7 days you may contact us for a full refund. We will send you a return label.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns:

After the original 7 days has passed, you may return items within the next 23 days, however, the terms are:

1a) For BOLD branded products: if the customer used the product and is not satisfied with the results, returns are allowed, BOLD will cover return shipping.

1b) For non-BOLD branded products: returns within 30 days only allowed for non-used products. Exception for products that arrived defective or noticed defective after use, for which returns are allowed within 30 days.

2-If the reason for the return is due to a problem that was out of our control, such as a shipping delay after the item already left our warehouse, i.e. USPS delays due to weather conditions, returns are allowed but the customer is responsible for the return shipping label.

3- If the customer simply changed his/her mind and did not use the item, then returns are allowed but the customer is responsible for the return shipping.




We guarantee everything we offer. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us, hassle free
