In order to request deletion of your bold-products account and all associated information (including order information) please send an email to [email protected] with the following information.
1- Send the request from the email you used to sign up.
2- If you signed up using a social login please include the name associated with the account.
3- Email the following statement: I (name of the requester), request that my account and all deletable data including associated order history be deleted from your database.
4- That’s it, we will delete your account from our website, sorry to see you leave, but you are always welcome back.
5- Optional : provide us some feedback about how we can improve or why you left us.
