I tried using this as soon as it arrived. The instructions aren't very clear (rough English translation) However here's the gist of it: - You have to either use a hot towel or steam to open up your pores prior to use for best results. - There are 5 heads, from small to big and an oval shaped one. - Do not go back up and down on areas of your skin but just a downward movement. - Moisturize after use. It works really well at the lowest suction setting! I tried the smaller head and the suction is much stronger so I bruised my nose slightly (don't use the tiny suction head until you learn how to use it) However after some ice and moisturizing the bruising is now gone and my nose is looking great!

This was my first time using a pore vacuum. I've always had blackheads on my nose, even using peel-off masks they never went away. This sucked out a bunch of gunk form my nose and chin area. There was a little redness, but it did go away after a while. I would suggest using it at night so it has time to calm down before leaving the house. I took a hot shower, then used this and applied a hyaluronic acid face mask for 15 minutes to rehydrate.
