I love all the different sizes of this kit. There are so many areas on the face that need smaller heads, as well as larger areas that need larger heads. With that, this product fits the task so well. I really like the sanitizer tub so I can clean my heads before and after use. Also, I really like the silicone scrub head to clean my skin deeply before my dermal procedure, and then to apply serums and moisturizers afterwards. Once I use the Needle Derma system, I do not like using my fingers or any other possibly contaminated surface that may put debris or bacteria in my just pricked surface. That's the main reason why I really enjoy that extra head attachment. I can feel comfortable that I maintain a bacteria and germ free procedure throughout my home use experience. I really love the way my skin glows afterwards! A definite good purchase to improve skin!

I have heard they are wonderful for more *ahem* mature skin and I’m always trying to find ways to keep my youthful appearance. The quality of the needles is excellent and they are surgical grade. And, it’s not painful AT ALL (just don’t press down too hard). Daily but limited use for about 10 days has improved my skin’s appearance and overall texture and I’m super happy. My skin just glows!!
