I have been using aquaphor on my lips forever, despite the various love hate relationship with the greasy feeling. But it is 1 of 2 things that my super sensitive skin/lips tolerate. I was thrilled to see they came out with a chapstick. At first I was nervous it would give me some irritation because the ingredients vary from the regular (to keep is solid) but it's been about a month and I'm good. My lips are super hydrated. This is awesome! I have 4 sticks laying around my house/purse.
First use I noticed it didn't seem as lubricating as some lip balms. However it gets rid of dry chapped lips, not flaking, better moisturizing components without the gloss or shine. Been using it in the morning and at bedtime and have noticed a dramatic difference. Saw the product on Dr. Oz and decided to try it since we use Aquaphor products and have for over 20 years. Other brands don't compare, even the trendy all natural bee based lip balms. No scent makes it an added bonus as you can layer it before lip gloss if you'd like. Bought them for the whole family will be interesting to see how everyone else feels about this product. The only thing that is kinda strange is that the tube rolls up and down but does not lock into a holding position. Not sure why, it's just minor and different than most other products. Bonus with Aquaphor Lip Repair Stick it offers more product per tube.
