I originally wanted to make the hydrating formula my staple cleanser, but I would breakout within 30 minutes of using it. I think it has something to do with the film that the hydrating cleanser leaves on the skin. Anyway this is a nice product if you want something gentler than the foaming cleanser, but still want something to thoroughly cleanse and not leave behind a film. I would cleanse twice if you want to remove makeup/sunscreen but the first cleanse got most of it off so I won't fault them. Plus you get a TON of product compared to other makeup removing cleansers.

    I like this better than the original and hydrating one. I have normal to dry skin. The texture and feeling is so different than what I own. I have tons of cleansers and I enjoy this. Its funny today 8/24 the price is $3 more. I will continue to buy.
