These are effective for my dry cracked heels. I use with O'Keffee's foot balm and my heels have never looked better. I have horrible heels due to genetics and playing soccer for 21 years. These are awesome. I don't like wearing socks at night because my feet sweat, but these are light enough and allow my toes to breathe so I don't feel confined. I also bought my mom a pair for mothers day. She is enjoying them.

    Bought these to replace a much more expensive pair and they are exactly the same! Great for overnight use because they retain moisture against cracked heels and doubles the power of your moisturizer (you can use them without moisturizer too). I also wear them when walking all day because they provide extra cushion! Definitely recommend.
