I bought this to try on my head as a substitute for shaving my hair or using clippers. I’m half black so I’ve got nappy curly hair so razors don’t do well on my skin and ingrown hairs can be horrible. My hair was about 1/8 long or a bit more. I lathered the product in my balding fro and let it sit for about 9 minutes. I rinsed it off and about 90% of my hair went with it. One last this application did the test the bottle says don’t use in your head, but this worked fabulous. Not sure how good in the long run this stuff is for your skin but it’s a heckuva way for an African/Halfrican to “shave” your head. I also tested it on body hair and it worked great too. I do a lot of backpacking and backcountry hunting. Removing hair before a long trip helps to stay clean. No more razors!
