For an under $25 clipper and trimmer kit, you don’t expect much but this kit works well. It may not be the most advanced set out there but it certainly gets the job done. It’s a low frills kit with just the essentials. Be sure to oil your blades before you use them so you don’t burn anything out or cause premature wear. If you’re sensitive to strong vibrations in your hands, note that this one isn’t dampened and vibrates a lot. AA batteries for the trimmer are not included but I’m so glad it uses replaceable batteries instead of an internal battery that could die in a couple of years and may not be replaceable. All my AA batteries are rechargeable already and when they stop taking a charge I can just use a new pair with this trimmer. All the parts in my kit came in perfect condition. No complaints here.

This works so well! The one complaint I have is the vibration is so fierce I feel the vibrations for a while after finishing with the hair cut. If I had to do more than one cut at a time, I might drop it on accident it’s such a crazy vibration.
