Everyone should keep a tube of this in their medicine chest or even better the first aid kit. I had one, but when I went to use it I found it was hardened in the tube. I recently broke off a tooth in half. The nerve exposed caused pain with brushing. I have since gone to the dentist ( the same day this item arrived). I will wrap this in foil and then put it in a small zip lock bag to keep it fresher.

Definitely helped with my tooth pain. I do like the liquid version better though, but this is good value for your money, and WAY more effective than OraGel.
