After the first 7 days, used BOLD branded products can be returned within 30 days if you are dissatisfied. Other brands must be unused, unless they arrived defective or you discovered a defect after use.
Who pays for return shipping?
BOLD provides the prepaid label for 7-day returns and covers return shipping for eligible used BOLD products when you are dissatisfied with the results.
After the first 7 days, you pay return shipping if you simply change your mind and the item is unused, or if the reason is a carrier delay or another issue outside our control. Contact support to confirm the details for your return.

This gel actually works! I use under my eye, on my eye lid and also where crows feet would be. The picture is day 1, day 5 and day 9. I’ve obly been using this for a little over a week and can see a dramatic difference.
