  1. Choose your combination

    Select an available shade and a 50 g or 100 g refill size.

  2. Shake on coverage

    Apply fibers from the bottle over thinning areas. Use your own pump if you prefer targeted application.

  3. Refill as needed

    Top up the bottle from the included refill bag. Wash out the fibers with shampoo.

Which products qualify?

After the first 7 days, used BOLD branded products can be returned within 30 days if you are dissatisfied. Other brands must be unused, unless they arrived defective or you discovered a defect after use.

Who pays for return shipping?

BOLD provides the prepaid label for 7-day returns and covers return shipping for eligible used BOLD products when you are dissatisfied with the results.

After the first 7 days, you pay return shipping if you simply change your mind and the item is unused, or if the reason is a carrier delay or another issue outside our control. Contact support to confirm the details for your return.
