I have always struggled with getting sunburned and swollen lips at the beach. For years I have used sunscreen directly on my lips or just plain old Chapstick to try to mitigate this problem. I ordered this Coppertone product for a trip to Cancun where I knew I would be in extremely sun exposed conditions for many hours out of the day. it worked fabulously, and for the first time I came home from vacation without sunburned lips! The product has very little scent or flavor to interfere with whatever beverage you are enjoying at the beach or pool. It is very light weight, but does not come off in the water.

smooth apply. not greasy at all. feels pretty good. I use it before applying lip colors and it makes it a lot smoother. not sure about the sun protection, but I am guessing it does its job.
