I bought this because I have tmj and I clench my jaw at night and it makes it so much worse. I’ve slept with this 3 nights now and I every morning I’ve woken up without jaw pain. It’s a little bulkier than what’s ideal but nothing I couldn’t get used too. It was super easy to fit too. I recommend this.
