This is definitely a great deal. I got my product today and I gotta say, the packaging was impeccable. I was excited to see that they had a protective collards for the wax wormer, because I had purchased wax wormer from different sellers and it didn’t come with one, so anytime I used it, wax would be all over the place and and messy. And let’s talk about the depilation wipes, those are heaven!!! I found very thoughtful of them to put it with the rest of the product. And if you’re not sure about buying the hard wax beads, let me tell you that those are the best ones, specially if you don’t have much experience waxing. They are very easy to remove, you don’t need strips (I hate strips) and if you accidentally drop it on the floor you can just wait for it to dry and then remove it. I’m going to end this paragraph by saying that I 100% recommend this product!

Overall, this product does remove hair. I'd say it removes 95% of the hair in one pull. This is our 3rd or 4th waxing kit. So far, this one has worked the best. Also, it smells the best. The fragrance isn't over bearing like the previous ones used. There's a generous amount heat even after you turn the unit down so be prepared on the more heat sensitive areas. I tried it on my husband's back and necks problem areas. I enclosed pictures from results of one side of the two sides we did and the neck. One thing I'd change is the cardboard collar. I'd make it something more lasting like silicone. Also heat friendly. Another thing I'd add would be a silicone spatula that could be washed and reused. It's a good overall product and was worth the price. It's not pain free but has great results.
