I’ve had my first bottle of this stuff since October of 2018 and I’ve got to say it’s done a pretty good job of maintaining my pH balance and preventing breakouts. I used to always use face washes with salicylic acid and very powerful ingredients, yet wondering why I could never rid my acne entirely. I’m a 32 year old male. I finally realized that it was me causing the occasional zits and red bumps with those strong OTC washes like Neutrogena. Many of us don’t realize that all of those different face washes like Clearasil and Neutrogena we used as teenagers and msy have thought were best even as young adults after our college are generally NOT what our skins desire to achieve clarity, brightness and smoothness.
Our skin as young adults needs a balanced pH level, a formula with no parabens and as few ingredients as possible. Not over saturated super strong acidic formulas like those OTC ones you find in CVS, Walmart and Target for $6.00.
I use this La Roche – Posay face wash daily, twice a week wash my face with wash containing glycolic acid, a Vitamin C serum and a good moisturizer (no dimethicone) and I can definitely tell a difference and my skin’s clarity, brightness and reduction of aging signs.
I recommend this product to others.
