Which products qualify?
After the first 7 days, used BOLD branded products can be returned within 30 days if you are dissatisfied. Other brands must be unused, unless they arrived defective or you discovered a defect after use.
Who pays for return shipping?
BOLD provides the prepaid label for 7-day returns and covers return shipping for eligible used BOLD products when you are dissatisfied with the results.
After the first 7 days, you pay return shipping if you simply change your mind and the item is unused, or if the reason is a carrier delay or another issue outside our control. Contact support to confirm the details for your return.

It protected my hair from heat damage greatly. I had to blow dry then straighten my hair with a heat appliance and I didn’t have to reapply between the 2 processes. I’m on day 3 of straightening without touch ups like the product says and my hair is straight, strong and soft. Will continue to use

I enjoy this product! It makes your hair smell SO nice, and does the job of protecting. I will be repurchasing for sure! BUT, just a warning, I now have to go outside to spray my hair. I have tile flooring, and whatever bits of the spray that hit the floor make it incredibly slippery. No matter if you are barefoot, put a towel down, wear shoes, everything will now slip on the floor it landed on. It doesn’t feel sticky or oily, the floor feels dry so its hard to detect where it is unless you slip a little.
