I have spent a lot of money on mouth guards that never worked and I am so happy I have finally found one that works!! If you follow the instructions it will mold just right! Make sure the water is boiling hot though. The bottom one is harder to do than the top, but I always just wear the top so it works out brilliantly! Also, I had to cut mine to size before I put it into the boiling water. Good luck!
