    Over the years I’ve tried other, newer-designed products but I always come back to this. I feel I have better control using a tissue wrapped around my index finger when cleaning up mascara from under my eyes than when using soaked pads. Not greasy; dries quickly. I recently tried some soaked pads that were too oily and messy. Got it in my eyes. Had to clean-up the cleaner. I’m going to stop trying the “latest and greatest” products, and just stick with this.
