I bought this for my nieces as Birthday present. She love the present so much and try it with her friend.The color obviously works better on her friend's lighter hair.On her own dark hair, we had to apply a lot so the hair was very stiff and a bit clumpy (yellow stripe on bangs). However, other than that it works really well. It does make the hair a bit sticky and a bit stiff and you can't really run your fingers through your hair until it's been on for a while ,which make your hair definitely feel like it's been hairsprayed, but once it sets there isn't a problem and worth it. The colors didn't dye anything around it, other than my hands,and it is easy to wash off.Overall,recommend this product if you’re looking for something creative to do or just want a new look. During this period of confinement (Covid 19), it has been hard to keep the kids busy. I purchased the chalk hair combs, and painted my wife and my hair. I will let you imagine the surprise on my kids' face when they saw us. We ended up spending a good portion of the day "painting" our hair in different colors, and when we were done, everybody showered and we got our hair back. No issue with the next morning video calls - HAHA. We still have plenty for at least 2 more uses (there are 5 of us - 4 with long hair) This is a very safe and inexpensive way to have fun as a family. I highly recommend it.
