I realize that razor companies continue to issue new types of products, in hopes that people will "upgrade." But why upgrade when an old product works as it should? I first bought a Schick Quattro in 2003 when it was a new model and the blades themselves were pretty expensive. -- like $20 for a pack of 4. It always did was it was supposed to do, I NEVER cut myself with it (despite a rather prominent Adams apple). Had to replace the handle a couple of times, but found that a nice deep cleaning in boiling water keeps the movable parts working well. And now I just bought these replacement blades for less than half price of the original blades. That's what you get from a legacy product, from 2003, that really delivers. No need for whatever the next great thing is. Thanks Schick.

Best shave you can get. I shave my head everyday and no other blade comes close to the closeness I get with the Quattro. Not even Shicks 5 blade option. This design is perfected and proven for me. I hope they don't discontinue it. They have become rather difficult to find in drugstores.
