The thicker ones are what I am used to buying at Walgreen’ s , but the lighter ones are more comfortable to wear thru the night. They shaped easily, just warm water to about coffee temp in the microwave drop the guard in and let it sit a minute and then pop it in your mouth bite down gently and hold until it cools. I usually repeat this one more time for a perfect fit. People with problems get the water too hot and leave it in there too long melting the plastic.

These worked PERFECTLY. I clench my jaw all night and have sensitive gums and my $340 mouth guard started to irritate them.
