In just one use, this cream did an amazing job on my cracked hands and my dry, bumpy arms. Two things - it smells kind of weird in the container, but doesn't smell weird once it's on. Second, they say to put on clean skin, what I found is that it goes on and works best if your skin is just slightly damp when you apply it -- at least for me. My hands and cuticles were so dry and disgusting and I put it on before bed last night and feel like I woke up to hands that are least 50% better then yesterday - that's FAST. And my arms are totally soft and smooth.

I have been having cracks in my heels for a long time. They are unsightly to look when wearing pretty sandals and so I switched to using shoes that cover my heels. I’ve used a myriad different creams over the years and none got rid of my Heel cracks . I used this 40% urea cream all over my feet and since it is a little sticky, I used kerasal intensive foot repair cream over It. I applied these two creams on my feet and covered up with socks every night for a week . I now have smooth heels with no cracks. I am pretty amazed myself at how smooth and soft my feet are now. I plan to continue using this urea cream to keep my heels looking crack free and smooth . My only concern is that this 40% Ebanel urea cream is not the consistency of cream- it is more like a watery lotion- but it does the job it is supposed to do.
