I am 61 years old and grew up and lived with terrible dental habits. At the beginning of this year I had periodontal disease. My breath was horrible, like it always has been.     My gums are healthier and my dentist complimented me today on my great progress since the last quarter. I attribute this to my daily regimine: 1. Brush at least twice a day, followed by waterpick under the gums before bed.
