Healing and exfoliating . Saw improvement in two days. Had scarring on my legs and this helps to reduce the darker and older ones. I will continue to use on ankles and heels. A slight tingling occurs, but small price to pay for cell turnover (?) The exfoliating is giving some smoother texture and I am so happy for the quick results.
