I'm mixed on this item. The first I received I absolutely LOOOOVED. It was everything I've been searching for for like 5 years now and then some. It made my hair nice and silky smooth, shiny, no static, less tangles. Well hydrated while still being light and not at all greasy. All but one of the other milks or leave-ins I've used seem to leave me cruncky or greasy or don't do a damn thing, but the one that used to work was discontinued I guess. This product left my hair feeling and looking amazing and smelled delicious. Then I got a couple that the color was ever so slightly off, and they smelled like chemically.... The texture was wrong it was really runny, I don't know what was up with it. I like to have things on hand and not be out when my bottle ends. So, I thought well I'll just exchange them, must just be a fluke right? So I received my replacements, put them away when I opened the box because I was in a hurry and figured surely they'd be fine. So when my good bottle ran out a few days ago I grabbed one of the replacements and UUUGGGHHHH!!!! What the hell!?!?!???? Neither bottles contents seemed right. So frustratingly I've returned them. One was like the first wonky ones in texture and scent, the other was extremely thick and looked like white and felt a little heavier. I'm sooo crushed by this! I can't find this particular product anywhere else I've looked online or in store.... Maybe I'll try again after some time goes by... There's something not right going on and I'm not sure where it is. I don't want to think this was a fake product, because the first bottle smelled like the matching Aveeno shampoo and conditioner and the fonts/colors and such matched. I loved it so much. I've literally been searching for years for a product that works like that on my hair.... I'm not sure that it's a QA/QC quality control thing because the smells were so far off from what I was expecting.....none of these have had any sort of seal on them, so I'm sort of wondering if these are stocked from a seller that refilled bottles or if Id been receiving someone else's tampered with returns??? I give this 3 stars because the first bottle I received I would totally give 20/5 stars. The rest though I would put -5/5 stars... I don't understand how something like this could even happen this many times in a row. I really hope this review is read by someone that can get to the bottom of this. I want to be able to purchase more like the first bottle I received! Maybe I will have to go out of my way to check at a Sally Hansen's or try to contact Aveeno or something. This is so infuriating!
No more itchy scalp, and my hair looks smoother and not so dry. I will definitely buy this again.
