I use this and also a Himalayan salt rock as deodorant. Just rub them on while your skin is still moist out of the shower. It's one of the more effective and less irritating natural deodorants I've found. It CAN be irritating to rub into pits, you're probably better off minimizing the rubbing and sticking to dabbing. But the irritation is not as long-lasting as the irritation I get from baking soda. It might scrape a little but then the irritation goes away soonafter. Anyway, this is a good alum rock, it's solid and it'll last super duper long as deodorant. A good zero-waste solution to the problem of armpit odor.
