Ive used these several times. My feet dont start peeling until about a week and continue peeling up to 2weeks. Follow the directions and its works great! One thing I disagree with in the directions is it says do not moisturize your feet during peeling process which can be 2-3weeks long. Its scientifically proven that moisturized skin peels faster so moisture your feet every day to speed up the peel. Also the soaking before applying peeling and the daily soaking is important! It says soak your feet daily for the next 10days. I just take bathes instead of showering. If you must shower than make in 10min or longer. The picture shown is about 7days into my peel and after a 15min bath.

    I had a horrible time with getting rid of my calluses. As you see it was horrific. After reading reviews I decided to give it a shot and whoa. I have used 3 treatments from April to July and every one of them peeled like crazy and helped make my freaking monster feet become normal again. I added 3 pics. My first day, middle process peel, and my most recent peel reveal of my feet. I will absolutely recommend these for anyone struggling to get rid of thick skin. For the initial use I soaked my feet for about and hour and half washed / dried them then I put on feet peels on for about 2 hours. Everyday after that I soaked my feet for 20-30 min and wore socks everyday for the next 2 weeks while it peeled. Peeling started for me after about 3-4 days.
