So I've been using this product for over 2 months now, I wanted to make sure to give it enough time before reviewing and here's what it did for me. It is very easy to apply, has no discernable scent, and did not cause any irritation or pigmentation to my eyes or eyelids. I recently found out that I am sensitive to castor oil so I've been looking for another method of growing my lashes and I plan to continue using this product. At around 2-3 weeks of use I wasn't noticing my lashes getting longer BUT I was definitely noticing that my lashline was filling in and I could see lots of new lashes growing, so I am very happy with that. It did take about 6 weeks for me to finally start noticing my lashes getting longer, they aren't ridiculous but so far I am very happy with the result. There are definitely areas on my lashline where the lashes have gotten quite longer than they usually are. Very happy with the results of this product and I just did an at home lash perm as well and I had no negative reactions between using both products at the same time.
I used to have thick, long lashes but for the last two years they have become fine and short, like really short. At the worst point, I almost couldn't get my lashes in the eyelash curler because they were so short and also falling out. Maybe it was from menopause or the meds I am taking. I actually had gaps that were noticeable when I wore mascara, so I stopped wearing it for a while. I have tried coconut oil, castor oil and vitamin E. Nothing worked. I tried an eyelash serum from another company and that didn't work either.
I did not expect much from Essy Naturals Eyelash Serum but I ordered it anyway, hoping and praying it would help me out. I have been applying the serum every night for little over a month and am very pleased with the results I am getting. I wish I had taken a before photo. My lashes are a lot longer and they seem stronger because they do not fall out when I use my eyelash curler! I have no problem curling my eyelashes now because my lashes are finally long enough to get them in the curler! Yay! They are definitely longer, no doubt about it. So far, they aren't as thick as they used to be but again, I have only been using this for a month. I am really excited to think how my lashes will look in say, 4 or 5 months! Great product. I will buy it again. No doubt about it!
