My feet (specifically the bottoms) really needed some help. I didn't want to go to a nail salon as I hate having my feet worked on. I got these so I could buff down the callus I had on each heel. It really worked wonders and slowly, but gently, removed the thick skin buildup. It's a great value for what you get and I appreciated the note from the seller that was included. I love these pumice stones. They really don't feel like a pumice stone. They feel very light and they require very little buffing. One side is rougher than the other and they take half the time of any buffer, scrubber, file or whatever I have tried. I had a collection of every kind you can think of and they all went in the trash after I got these because none of them worked. These have not made my feet sore at all probably because they require so little effort. I love them and this will be the only thing I buff my feet with from now on. FYI. Just left your feet soak in the tub a minute and your ready to go.
