I'm a nail technician and using this stone on my clients is amazing. The synthetic stones don't get enough dead skin and the "razor/grater" might cut the client. I don't like using the grater at all, it makes me and the client feel uncomfortable. Using this stone in lieu of the grater is the best solution I've come across. A little bit of cuticle softener and callous remover and voila. Its course enough to "shave" down enough of callouses to where they don't come back worse and smooth enough to run over the top of the foot safely without harming the client.

I’ve had a problem with dry, white, dead skin on my elbows. I’ve tried a few things over the years, but nothing was really effective. Until I manned up and starting washing with a rock. This thing solved the dead skin on the elbows problem in about five days. I also started trying it on my feet and other places, and I’m totally sold. Great item.
