I'd always had Ace combs which were fine. I recently bought a package of cheap plastic combs and found they hurt my scalp. I tried grinding the teeth down with an emery board but that took too long. My only recommendation is that if the Ace combs were lighter colored, they could be seen when dropped on the ground; that's why I needed a replacement. They get lost but I've never had one break or wear out. I also find them very easy to clean with any kind of soap and a fingernail brush.
I bought this one night when I was half asleep. Don’t remember doing it but I have a problem with buying things when I’m tired then I don’t remember the next day. Anyway, turns out this is a great comb. It’s simple and sturdy. What a nice surprise. Now if only I could win the lottery in my sleep..........
