    It works great if you learn how to use it properly, I would suggest for thicker hair for African Americans like myself to just use as edge control and to watch YouTube videos on how to apply. When I first tired it I thought maybe I could use it to pull my natural thick 4b/c hair into a nice ponytail…. WRONG!! Does not hold that much hair of that texture in place lol But it did help with keeping my fine edge baby hairs laid.. Again I suggest to watch YouTube videos in order to get the best results.
