This stuff is awesome! My daughter has been a thumb sucker since day 1. She is 5 years old and still sucking her thumb! I’ve tried everything...even bribery lol! Nothing worked. I reluctantly bought Mavala Stop to try as a last resort. (This girl would still suck her thimb even after getting her nails painted...bleh! So, I wasn’t expecting it to work). As soon as I received the package, I opened it and applied it. It’s super easy to apply...just like nail polish. She wanted to see how it tasted, so she touched her tongue to her nail and was thoroughly disgusted. She has only had her thumb in her mouth once since receiving our Mavala Stop and that was because it had mostly worn off. We decided to apply it every 3 days. She has now completely stopped...even at night!! Seriously y’all! This stuff is the bomb diggity! I will be recommending it to everyone and anyone.
My 7 year old is (was?) an anxious nail bitter. We used this stuff for 2 week, reapplying every other day and it worked! No nail biting the entire 2 weeks. Of course it tastes bad and she complained every now and then about tasting it when eating but it wasn’t enough to deter her from actually eating with her fingers. Overall happy with the results, here’s to hoping the no biting can last without this polish.
