After the first 7 days, used BOLD branded products can be returned within 30 days if you are dissatisfied. Other brands must be unused, unless they arrived defective or you discovered a defect after use.
Who pays for return shipping?
BOLD provides the prepaid label for 7-day returns and covers return shipping for eligible used BOLD products when you are dissatisfied with the results.
After the first 7 days, you pay return shipping if you simply change your mind and the item is unused, or if the reason is a carrier delay or another issue outside our control. Contact support to confirm the details for your return.

This mousse I chose mostly because it was less expensive than my favorite (Living Proof) and is supposed to smell coconutty. The scent is really very light but terrific. I have a ridiculous nose for scents, nearly everything perfume-like makes my throat hurt. The mousse is very creamy and the residue on my hands was not sticky. I don’t care for crunchy hair and this is holding my curls softly but with control.

I kept getting headaches in the morning and having what turned out to be a serious allergic reaction to this mousse. I attributed my dizziness to my morning medications and a health conditions, but after a long process of elimination, an a change in routine on s trip, I saw clearly I was having a big reaction to this mousse. To long to explain here. But definitely be careful with this product! It is not organic!. Using right out of the shower, with open pores, allows all its toxic ingredients to go straight inside your head! The product is amazing, by nearly killed me. I had to take Benadryl and my rescue inhaler.
