(3) Use a spoon or tongs to remove the mouth guard from the water without scalding yourself. (4) Let mouth guard air cool for only 5 seconds. (5) Put mouth guard in mouth and bite down firmly to get your custom impression. (6) OPTIONAL: If mouth guard is not resting comfortably in your mouth, use scissors to trim excess plastic that cause irregularities.

The best product I’ve used. I grind my teeth everyday from the amount of sheer stress I’m under and it instantly stops the pain. I feel like my jaw can finally rest when I have one of these in my mouth. Super easy to mold. I hate leaving a complaint on your product because it truly is the best mouth guard I’ve ever used, but the only complaint that I do have is that I don’t like the plastic taste it leaves in my mouth after I used it but other than that, overall fine product! I’ve washed it 3 times, each time with a different soap, and it still leaves a plastic after taste. Still would rate it 10/10 though. The antibacterial carrying case that comes with it is very nice also! Very secure and it isn’t bulky! Great company! Arrived fast and on time.
