    I have used Sebastian Shaper for many years. I have on an occasion tried other hairsprays, but quickly returned to Sebastain Shaper. It holds my very fine hair, but easily brushes out and keeps down frizz during humid weather that we have in Cincinnati throughout our summers. Holds, but keeps a more natural look. Love it!

    Spray nozzle DOESN’T work! I got this a while back and just started using it last week…or trying to. The nozzle only works at (maybe) a 50% level that these are supposed to. I’ve used this product for probably 20 years so I’m very familiar with it. I tried soaking the nozzle in case it was just clogged and even replaced it with the one from a new can I bought…no luck. I’m hoping the seller sees this review and reaches out to me. I couldn’t find a way to contact them from my order history. If you replace the can, I’m happy to change my review accordingly.

After the first 7 days, used BOLD branded products can be returned within 30 days if you are dissatisfied. Other brands must be unused, unless they arrived defective or you discovered a defect after use.

Who pays for return shipping?

BOLD provides the prepaid label for 7-day returns and covers return shipping for eligible used BOLD products when you are dissatisfied with the results.

After the first 7 days, you pay return shipping if you simply change your mind and the item is unused, or if the reason is a carrier delay or another issue outside our control. Contact support to confirm the details for your return.
